So I went out to lunch with my mom and grandma, and instead of soda (which I’m totally addicted to), I got water. I’m trying to find small ways to be healthy, but not totally cut out everything I love. One way is by drinking more water, which actually isn’t as hard as what you may think. I just replace juices and sodas with water. I still drink soda don’t get me wrong, I just want to add more water into my diet. I’ve also noticed that my skin has gotten better too which is a plus!
